Configuring a customized tab
You can add your own customized features to selected rule forms on a customized tab in the Pega 7 Platform.
You can configure a custom tab on the following rule forms:
- Calendar rules
- Decision tables
- Decision trees
- Privileges
- Service Level Agreements
- Workbaskets
To enter the name and configure the information on the tab, follow these steps:
- In Designer Studio, open the Dynamic System Setting ShowCustomTab.
- In the Value field, enter:
- true - The tab is visible.
- false - The tab is not visible.
- Click Save.
- Search for pyCaption Configuration Settings and open it.
- On the Localized label tab in the To field, enter the name to display on the tab.
- Search for pyCustomTab and open it.
- On the Design tab, configure the information that you want the customized tab to display.
- Click Save.
